Which service do I need?

AC repair

Your air conditioner or heat pump isn’t cooling, is leaking water, has ice on it, or won’t turn on. We repair every brand.

Heating repair

No heat, lukewarm air, a thermostat stuck on emergency or aux heat, or an outdoor unit that stays iced over. Heat pumps, furnaces and heat strips.

New system installation

Your system is old, keeps breaking or never kept the house comfortable. We install Maytag, Mitsubishi and Honeywell, sized for your home. Financing is available, and active-duty and retired military get $150 off.

Ductless mini-splits

An addition, garage, sunroom or one stubborn room needs its own heating and cooling, with no ductwork. We install Mitsubishi.

Maintenance agreement

You want fewer breakdowns: a cooling check-up in spring and a heating check-up in fall, the schedule ENERGY STAR recommends.

Indoor air quality

Dust or odors. Fresh-Aire UV purifiers and other upgrades work inside the system you already have.

Commercial and rentals

Rental properties, property managers and small businesses. Heating and air conditioning only, no refrigeration.

Every service is available in Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, Pace and Mary Esther, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We don’t publish prices because every job is different. You’ll hear the cost before any work starts.
