Heat matters in Milton
Milton sits farther from the Gulf than our other towns, and the heat pump that cools your house all summer heats it all winter. Around Pensacola the average January low is 43.7°F (Florida Climate Center, 1991–2020 normals for Pensacola (opens in a new tab)). A heat pump stuck on emergency heat can push a winter power bill up fast. Our heating repair page explains the warning signs.
Outstanding service and knowledge!! Owning several rental properties I’ve hired many different companies over the years. Freers has some of the best techs in the business. Can’t thank them enough for trouble free heat and AC over the years.
