Heat and AC in Pace
Around Pensacola the average July high is 91.6°F and the average January low is 43.7°F (Florida Climate Center, 1991–2020 normals for Pensacola (opens in a new tab)). The heat pump that cools your house all summer heats it all winter, so it gets very little rest. Our spring and fall check-ups catch small problems before they become breakdowns.
Outstanding service and knowledge!! Owning several rental properties I’ve hired many different companies over the years. Freers has some of the best techs in the business. Can’t thank them enough for trouble free heat and AC over the years.
